We bid farewell to Nelson Brenton (Lewisporte, Newfoundland), whose journey of life gracefully concluded on July 23, 2024 at the age of 85. Nelson touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Brenton and Janet Brenton; his brother Norman Evans; and his brother-in-law George Noble. He is survived by: his wife Sheila; his grandchildren, Matthew, Jessica, Brittany, Ryan, Kaitlyn, Marcus, Andrew, Jeffrey, Sarah, Hunter and Logan; and his siblings, Betty Evans, Naida Noble, Josephine Woolfrey (Sam), David (Gladys), Jemima, Lester Watton and Clarice Smart (Calvin). He is also survived by great-grandchildren.
As expressions of sympathy flowers are accepted or donations may be made in his memory to the Salvation Army Building Fund (in support of a new sound system).
