He was predeceased by: his father Lot Lewis; and his sister Juanita Lewis. He is survived by: his mother Olive; his wife Valda; his children, Russell (Lee), Jamie (Kara) and Sonya (Doug); his grandchildren, Gavin, Chassity, Emily, Isabella, Gabrielle, Tyler, Jessica and Brooke; his great grandchild Wren; and his brothers, Gus, Richard (Dinah) and Oscar (Marcella). He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
