We are sad to announce that on July 10, 2023, at the age of 89, Leo Higgins (Lewisporte, Newfoundland) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his wife Catherine (Kay); his parents, John and Mary; his siblings, Harold Bernard (Meta), John (Ellen), Andrew (Monica), Ronald (Ellen), Frankie (Sandra), Ethel, Madge (Jim) and Nellie (Ed); and his great grandchild Julia.
He is survived by: his children, Wayne (Marjorie), Vince (Janet), Darren (Ann), Roger (Tanya), Trevor (Debbie), Joan (Glenn) and Bonnie (John); his grandchildren, Robin, Jeffery, Latoya, Garrylee, Gennilea, Melissa, Shane, Gillian, Chantel, Haily, Samantha, Dena and Jenny; his great grandchildren, Lauren, Evan, Emma, Ethan, Kaylee, Cole, Sophia, Addison, Abby, Devon and Michael; and his brother Leonard (Heather). He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
As expressions of sympathy, donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation will be gratefully accepted.
