As David Ernest departs from our midst, his spirit ascends to join the cosmic dance of stars, a shimmering constellation of memories that will forever grace the night sky of the hearts of those who loved David Ernest. Though David Ernest may no longer walk beside us, his legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest Thompson and Mary Thompson; his son James Cook; and his sister-in-law Leanne. He is survived by: his children, Susan (Brian), Alethea (Lindy) and Graham; his grandsons, Zachary, Jimmie, Desmond and Dorman; and his siblings, Ted and Patricia (Derril).

A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, November 23rd 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Norris Arm North Community Centre.
