He is survived by: his wife Tammy; his sons, Donovan (Jessica), Devon and Dustin (Aiapay); his grandchildren, Leah, Maela, Karlee and Eric; his mother Gloria Nicholas; his siblings, Rhonda (Harris), Natalie (Sean), Raquel and Cory (Kathy); and his mother-in-law Beatrice. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
