He was predeceased by: his father Obediah Layte; his brother-in-law Winston; and his stepfather Donald Rideout. He is survived by: his mother Ruth Layte-Rideout; and his siblings, Ruby (Tracy), Edgar (Patsy), Abel (Bernice), Brian (Mari-Lee), Bonnie (Perry) and Leamen (Lorraine).
As expressions of sympathy, donations to assist the family with funeral expenses would be gratefully accepted.
