He was predeceased by: his wife Lucy Milley; his parents, Walter Clarke and Lily Clarke; and his siblings, Edgar, Abner, Ted and Cecelia.
He is survived by: his children, Barry (Phyllis), Wally (Debbie), Sandy (Jennifer), Brill and Roxanne; his grandchildren, Jared (Susan), Marsha (Gerard), Todd (Susan), Trevor (Laura), TJ (Jordan), Crystal, Ryan, Melissa (Adam), Jeremy and Abigail (Mike); his great grandchildren, Emma, Leslie, Mackenzie, Michael, Alex, Andrew, Brock, Keira and Noah; and his sister Joan Fudge. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other family members and many friends, especially his church family.
As expressions of sympathy, and in lieu of flowers, donations to The Salvation Army Citadel Building fund will be gratefully accepted.
