She was predeceased by: her husband John Cleal; her grandson Tery Mayo; her nephew Todd Harfitt; and her brothers-in-law, Gordon, Joe and Albert.
She is survived by: her children, Debra Cleal, John Cleal (Jessie) of Lewin's Cove, Darlene Mayo (Terry) of Creston South, Pauline Cleal (Derek Wilson) of Winnigeg and Goldie Baird (Raymond) of Lewin's Cove; her grandchildren, Mandy, June, John Ray, Jordan, Nathan and Quinn; her great grandchildren, Maddox, Jay and Rylan; her siblings, Jennie Sabourin (Bob) of Ottawa, Goldie Healey (late Jack) of God and Sherman Harfitt (Jean) of Lewin's Cove; and her brothers-in-law, Hector (Mabel) and Jim (Millicent).
Donations in her memory may be made to Marystown Minor Hockey Program or etransfer to [email protected],, in keeping with Marie's wishes, to help under priliviged kids to purchase hockey equipment, or flowers gratefully accepted.
