We are sad to announce that on August 8, 2020 we had to say goodbye to Jean Harfitt of Lewins Cove, Newfoundland. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, William Day and Ethel Day; and her son Todd. She is survived by: her husband Sherman; her sons, Glenn (Michelle) of Lewin's Cove and Rod (Laura) of Lewin's Cove; her great grandchildren, Parker, Zachary, Tegan, Conor and Nate; her siblings, Sadie (Lloyd), Margaret, Bernice (Bill), Joan, Lloyd (Meta), Gerald (Lily), Herb (Cora), Jim (Doris), Victor and Onslow; and also, Terri-Lynn (Jake), Greg (Kayla), Wayne (Samantha), Andrew (Melissa) and Hayley.
Resting at Serenity Funeral Home, Burin in keeping with Covid-19 restrictions a walk-thru visitation will take place Tuesday, August 11th at 2-4PM and 7-9PM.
Donations in her memory may be made to Hope United Church or flowers gratefully accepted.
