We are sad to announce that on July 26, 2019, at the age of 79, Henry Gideon Sheppard (Lark Harbour, Newfoundland) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, George Henry and Dorcas Sheppard; his siblings, Mary Sacrey (Maxwell), George and John Sheppard; and his siblings-in-law, Walter Youden and Roberta Naglik.
He is survived by: his wife Lesley Sheppard; his children, Paula Sheppard Thibeau (Chris), Lesley Anne Sheppard, Angela Evoy (Cory), Matthew Sheppard (Anna) and David Sheppard (Samantha); his siblings, Herb Sheppard (Kay), Eric Sheppard (Judy), Ben Sheppard (Wanda), Margaret Youden and Ann Skanes (Fred); his sister-in-law Lorraine Sheppard; his mother-in-law Pearl Hirst (late Robert Hirst); and his siblings-in-law, Norman Naglik, Tom Hirst (Hem), Margaret Hirst (Don) and Mary McIntyre (Robert). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
As expressions of sympathy in lieu of flowers donations may be made to St. James Anglican Church or to St. James All Grade School Kids Eat Smart Program.
