He was predeceased by: his parents, Rosanna Sheppard and Ulric Sheppard; his parent-in-law Amelia; his brothers, William Sheppard and Charlie Sheppard; his daughter-in-law Tracey Sheppard; and his brother-in-law Gordon Kendall.

He is survived by: his significant other Bertha Sacrey; his children, Jarrod, Stephen (Rowena), Rockey (Karen), Deanna (Desmond), Myrtle (Lester), Cindy (Dean) and Wanda-Lee (Mike); his siblings, Alan, Sarah and Marie (Chester); and his siblings-in-law, Jim (Debbie), Mark (Kathleen), Arch (Lillian), Wilfred (Rhonda), Barry (Chrissy), Vince (Laura), Leona (Ron), Doris (Lloyd), Maxine (Pearce), Genova (Don), Louise (Terry), Mary Ann (Roy), Phyllis, Barb and Grand. He is also survived by Children and 11 Great Grand Children and a large circle of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
