He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawrence Fleming and Mary Fleming; his son Raphael Jr.; his siblings, Rita, Marjorie, Terrence, Benedict and Michael; and his parents-in-law, Fergus and Mary Dunphy.
He is survived by: his wife Gladys; his children, Wayne (Mary) of Point May, Rick (June) of Lamaline, Rocky (Chantal) of Lamaline, Rose Marie Foote (Walter) of Lamaline and Sharon Fleming of Point May; and his brothers, Harold Fleming of Halifax and Tom Fleming of Toronto.
In Raphael's memory donations may be made to St. Joseph's Roman Catholic Cemetery Fund, Allan's Island, NL.
