He is survived by: his brother William Chaulk (Sally); his children, Elizabeth Granter (Charles), Eric Chaulk (Violet), Beverly Adam (Bruce) and David Chaulk (Wavey); his grandchildren, Roxanne Goodyear (Peter), Eric Granter (Lisa Tipple), Christopher Chaulk (Thelma), Erica Chaulk, Michael Adam (Katie), Stephanie Hancock (Sheldon), Sarah Templeman (Michael) and Jonathan Chaulk; his great grandchildren, Emily Goodyear, Jonah Goodyear, Jackson Hancock, Farrah Hancock, Lucas Adam, Emily Adam, Elizabeth Templeman, Isaac Templeman and Jessica Moore; and his close friend Sarah Kelland. He is also survived by extended family and friends.
