With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jessie Maud Bath of La Scie, Newfoundland, who passed away on November 18, 2024 at the age of 93. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Clifford Toms and Mary-Ann Toms; her parents-in-law, Thomas and Elizabeth Bath; her sister Marguerite Morey (Percy); and her sister-in-law Ruby Burton (Herb).
She is survived by: her husband Roy Bath; her daughter Mary-Lynn Burton (Chris); her brothers-in-law, Arthur Bath (Ivy) and Keith Bath (Melina); her nieces and nephews, Byron Morey (Sharon), Lloyd Morey (Sharon), Terry Morey (Sandra), Sharlene Jahns (Stacy), Steve Mahaney, Shane Morey (Dale), Nikita Wamholdt (Blair), Suzette O'Brien (Brady), Brady Morey (Kaitlyn), Brandon Morey, Cameron Critch (Chase), Olivia Haas (Jalen), Courtney Critch, Ella Mahaney, Drew, Reece, Claire O'Brien and Saylor Morey; her caregivers, Sharon Critch, Tina Fallis and Erica Foster; and her close friend Iona Toms.
Visitation was held on Friday, November 22nd 2024 from 11:00 AM to 9:00 PM at the Salvation Army Church (29 Budgells Ln, La Scie, NL A0K3M0). A funeral service was held on Saturday, November 23rd 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
