He is survived by: his daughters, Chelsea (Derm) and Celina; his parents, Glenys Butler and Malcolm Butler; his brothers, Tracy (Kim) and Kirt (Janelle); his granddaughter Harriet; and his pet Charlie. He is also survived by his friends and extended family.
