He is survived by: his wife Glenda Osmond; his daughter Amy Holub (Joseph); his stepdaughters, Melissa Freake (Justin), Samantha Marsh (Daniel) and Ruby Griffin (Jamie); and his brothers, Wilmore Gillingham (Loretta) and George Gillingham (Yvonne). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins & friends.
