He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph and Marion; his siblings, Thomas (Dorothy), Alex, Eleanor and Velma; and his parents-in-law, George and Janet Freake.
He is survived by: his wife Margaret (Maggie); his sons, Jeffery, John (Jennifer) and Joey (Patsy); his grandsons, Devon, Jack, Noah, Joshua and James; and his siblings, Regina (Norm), Alvina (Claude), Arch (Debbie), Ruth (Wayne), Doris (Ivan), Gladys and Clara. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family.
Visitation was held on Thursday, November 7th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Salvation Army Citadel. A funeral service was held on Friday, November 8th 2024 at 1:00 PM.
Donations in Lester's memory may be given to the Pentecostal Cemetery Fund, Horwood, NL.
