He was predeceased by: his mother Mae Fewer; his parents-in-law, Patrick and Mollie Whelan; his brothers, Clarence, Sylvester (Pearl) and Mick Fewer; his brothers-in-law, Ron Whelan (Kay), Frank Flynn and Scott Sheppard; his nephew Darryl Fewer; and his daughter Tina (Dwayne).
He is survived by: his wife Joan; his sons, William Jr. (Arlene) and Keith (Laurie); his grandchildren, Kyle, Mollie, Keira and Evan; his sister Nellie; and his sisters-in-law, Beth (Rick) and Madeline.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations in Bill's memory be made to Parkinson Society of Newfoundland and Labrador.
