He was predeceased by: his parents, William Quinlan and Mary Quinlan; his sister Catherine Sullivan; his parents-in-law, Jerry and Mary Fewer; and his brother-in-law Gerald Fewer.
He is survived by: his wife Mona Quinlan; his child T. J. Quinlan (Laura); his granddaughter Sophia; his brothers, William Quinlan (Bertha), Patrick Quinlan (Ellen) and Raymond Quinlan (Waltraud); and his siblings-in-law, Tim Sullivan, Joyce Keeping (Ed) and Wally (Margie). He is also survived by relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Tom's memory may be made to Chapel's Cove Cemetery Committee.
