It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Michael L. Weir (Holyrood, Newfoundland), who passed away on May 8, 2021, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his father Lester Francis James Weir. He is survived by: his daughter Shania Weir; his mother Betty Weir; his siblings, Kirk Weir (Danielle), Deborah Sharpe (Ford) and Michelle Weir; and his close friend Denise McCarthy.

Due to COVID-19 restrictions, a private funeral service is planned.
