He was predeceased by: his parents, John and Ellen; and his son Joe. He is survived by: his wife Mary; his children, Patricia (Keith), Paul (Bev), Francis (Mary), Valerie and John (Julie); and his daughter-in-law Betty. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren, 9 great grandchildren, 4 great great grandchildren, 1 step grandchild, many extended family as well as a large circle of other relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Joe's memory may be made to Holy Cross Catholic Church, Holyrood or the Dr. H. Bliss Murphy Cancer Centre.
