It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joan Y. Coates (Holyrood, Newfoundland), who passed away on May 2, 2021, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her mother Jessie; and her brother Clifford. She is survived by: her husband Wesley; and her children, Wes (Dianne), Dean (Suzan), Rex (Colleen), Lemont (Debbie), Marsha and Julie (Rick). She is also survived by grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends.
Due to COVID-19 restrictions, a private funeral service is planned. Due to COVID -19 restrictions, preregistration is required if you are attending the funeral service.
