She was predeceased by: her significant other Brian; her son Trevor; her parents, Leonard Ghaney and Madeline Ghaney; her parents-in-law, James and Agatha Hawco; her siblings, Mercedes Gorman, Leonard Jr. and Kenneth Ghaney; her nephews, Darryl Gorman and Stacey Dixon; her niece Lisa Gorman; and her siblings-in-law, Thomas Hawco and Marie Hawco.
She is survived by: her children, Stephen (Kyla) and Stephanie; her grandchildren, Dakota (Mackenzie), Sierra (Seth), Morgan, Madison and Mia; her siblings, Bob (Audrey), Steve (Esther), John (Shirley), Keith, Cyril, Mary (Frank), Rose (Jack) and Bridget (Bill); and her siblings-in-law, Laura, Marjorie, Pat (Dave), Anita (Mike), Joe Gorman, Larry (Wanda), Ray (Sandra) and Jimmy (Rosemarie). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, February 25th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Dunphy's Funeral Home (366 Conception Bay Hwy, Holyrood, NL A0A2R0). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Wednesday, February 26th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the Sts. Peter & Paul Parish (85 Harbour Dr, Harbour Main, NL A0A2P0). A burial will be held on Wednesday, February 26th 2025 at the Sts. Peter and Paul Cemetery Chapel's Cove Chapels (85 Harbour Dr, Harbour Main, NL A0A2P0).
