He is survived by: his wife Gail; his children, Chris (Renee), Chad and Rosemary (Darrin); his grandchildren, Ryan (Cassi), Kaitlyn (Alex), Alex, Cameron, Emily and Ben; his great grandchild Austin; his brother Gerry Hickey (Joanne); his siblings-in-law, Joan Monk (Cless), Carol Lawrence (Dave), Cheryl Ralph, Linda Howell (Barry), Catherine Meaney, Mary Holloway (Forward), Phyllis Holloway, Don Holloway (Aline), Gary Holloway (Jos) and Glenn Holloway (Mary); his cousins, Derrick Bishop (Cindy) and Holly White (Perry); his friend Daniel Nightingale; his family Dr. Stephen Lee; his caregiver Janice Brown; and also, Jackie and Suzanne.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Wayne's memory can be made to Cystic Fibrosis Canada, the Dr. H. Bliss Murphy Cancer Clinic or a charity of one's choice.
