He was predeceased by: his parents, Nicholas Hanlon and Laura Hanlon; and his sister Josephine. He is survived by: his daughter Samantha; his siblings, Leona, Loretta, Joan and Nicholas; his nieces and nephews, Amy, Christina, Darlene, Aaron, Colin, Bradley, Trevor and Reginald; and his siblings-in-law, Rosemarie, Ben, Jim, Len and John (Nicholas).
