She was predeceased by: her parents, Elizabeth Costello and James Costello; her brothers, Ignatius (Ig) and Douglas Costello (Doug); her parents-in-law, Eileen and Walter Murray (Mabel); and her siblings-in-law, Alphonsus Murray, Michael Murray (Mick), Margaret Walsh (Peg) and Patricia Gough (Pat).
She is survived by: her husband Joe; her children, Phonse (Stacey) and Amanda (Josh); her grandchildren, Chelsey, Caden, Cameron, Owen and Ellie; her siblings, Edie (Lar), Lorraine (Lenny), Joanne (Tom), Shelia (Jimmy), Daphne (John), Rosemarie (Jimmy), Leona (Albert), Patricia (late Albert) and Jerome (Carmel); and her parents-in-law, Pat (Ange), Clarence (Carolyn), Gerard (Kim), Eddy (Nancy), Lena (Jim), Rose, Joan (late Jerome), Ralph Gough and Ceil Murray.
