It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Karen Elizabeth Soper of Hodges Cove, Newfoundland, who passed away on January 20, 2023, at the age of 61, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Gerald Peddle and Helen Peddle; and her son Jerry Soper. She is survived by: her husband Clifford Soper; her daughter Danielle Soper (Don Law); her grandson Brandon Soper Alyssa (Taylor Lambert); her siblings, Geraldine Hiscock (Brian), Tina Peddle (Roger Avery), Elaine Sugarman (Cos) and Scott Peddle (Patricia Knight); her daughter-in-law Amanda Seward; and her friend Tina Smith.
