Wilfred Meadus Obituary

It is always difficult saying goodbye to someone we love and cherish. Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Wilfred Meadus (Hickmans Harbour, Newfoundland), who passed away at the age of 74, on February 2, 2025. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Yvonne; his parents, Calvert Meadus and Lucy Meadus; his sibling Lindo Meadus (Kim); his children, Bradley, Andrew and Karen Lefave (Greg); his granddaughters, Charlie and Georgia; his siblings-in-law, Sandra (Lorne), Les (Maureen), Melvin, Ed (Julie) and Edgar (Alice); and also Wilf.

A celebration of life was held on Saturday, February 8th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Community Center.

Given his immense love of his granddaughters, Wilf would have wanted memorial donations in his honor to go to The Twinkie Foundation.
