He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Charlotte; his sons, Glen (Wanda), Mario (Nancy), Mike (Michelle) and Tony (Sharlene); his grandchildren, Justin, Jill, Robbie (Cassandra), Zachary (Patrick), Ashley (Oliver), Aaron (Tara), Jenna (Kegan) and Noah (Doris); his great grandchildren, Jace, Benjamin, Ava, Bo, Cohen, Daisy and Maci; his siblings, Charles (Pat), Ross (Ruby) and Olive; and his siblings-in-law, Gordon (Verlie), Albert (Donna), Margaret (Gerald), Martha and Marie (Lloyd).
Visitation was held on Thursday, October 24th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM, from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM and on Friday, October 25th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Vardy's Funeral Home. A funeral service was held on Saturday, October 26th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the United Church. A burial was held on Saturday, October 26th 2024 at the United Church Cemetery.
As per his wishes, in lieu of flowers donations in his memory may be made to the United Church, Hickman's Harbour.
