It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Walter Samuel Stringer (Hickmans Harbour, Newfoundland), who passed away on April 17, 2023, at the age of 58, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Laura Marcella and Cecil Stringer; and his grandparents, Elizabeth, John Stringer, Bertha and John Price.

He is survived by: his daughter Cassandra Dawn Stringer; his grandson Benson; his siblings, Mary (Joseph), Norma (Herder), Elwood (Karen), Michael (Diane) and Cavell; his nieces and nephews, Calvin Waquan, Aaron Stringer, Loretta George, Amanda Waquan, Amy, Ashley, Amber Stringer and Chatman; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Allan, Alexander George, Ryder, Tegan, Layton, Isaac, Alexis, Audrinna Cali and Nova Rose; and also Kyzen.
