She is survived by: her children, Joyce Brinston (Steven) of North Sydney, NS, Jennifer Barrett (Ron) of Clarenville, Jessica Brinston of St. John's, Trevor Brinston of North Harbour, Troy Brinston (Terri) of Grand Falls, Windsor and Trent Brinston (Leanne) of St. John's; her siblings, Bruce Lush, Melva Wiseman (Harold), Beryl Ryan (Freeman), Loretta Fudge (Gerald), Rita Lush and Lorraine Lush; and her siblings-in-law, Charles Brinston, Eric Brinston (Madonna), Ivan Brinston (Ethel), Marcie Lush and Evelyn Lush. She is also survived by Nieces, Nephews, cousins and friends.

As an expression of sympathy, donations in her memory may be made to the family or to Bethel United Church in North Harbour.
