Florence (Florrie) May Patey Obituary

We are sad to announce that on June 20, 2021, at the age of 94, Florence (Florrie) May Patey (Hickmans Harbour, Newfoundland) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Abner Simmons and Lily Pearl Simmons; her husband George; her daughter Margaret; her siblings, Ralph (Clemmie), Jim (Edna), Wilfred, Jean (Cecil), Bertha (Kevin) and Lilah (George); her siblings-in-law, Delphine and William; and her stepson Doug Butler.

She is survived by: her sons, Melvin (Geraldine), Freeman (Vera) and Robert (Carolyn); her close friend Doug Gillingham; her grandchildren, Sandy (Ken), David (Deidre), Tammy (Tony), Stephen (Nicole), Junior, Crystal (Shawn), Leanne (Jordan), Jordan (Amber) and Michael; her siblings, Reginald (Una) and Elsie; her sister-in-law Wanda; and her friends, Lorna Baker and Margie Hart.
