She was predeceased by: her husband Murley Berkshire; her parents, Margaret Cooper and Ephriam Cooper; her brother Douglas Cooper; and her grandson Sheldon Berkshire.

She is survived by: her children, Bruce (Ivy), Margie (Bond), Marilyn (Merrill), Randy (Rose), Ed (Neta), Beverly (Jim) and Pamela (Sterling); her grandchildren, Sherry Blundell (Derek), Sandy Bennett (Ken), David Patey (Deidre), Nancy Rogers (Steve), Trevor Rogers (Cristina), Shawn Berkshire (Angela), Matthew Berkshire (Danica), Craig Berkshire (Nikki), Julie Avery (Corey), Richard Penney (Danielle), Alex Penney (Leanne), Lee Tremblett (Kat) and Cody; and her sisters-in-law, Margaret Cooper, Olive Powell (Baden) and Evelyn Berkshire.
