He was predeceased by: his parents, Blanche Mayo and Arthur Mayo; his sister Daphne Mayo; and his uncle Douglas Short. He is survived by: his sons, Arthur (Simone) and David (Lynn); his grandchildren, Jessica, Renee, Megan and Jordana; his siblings, Beverly (Terry), David (Sherri) and Roy (Marlin); and his nieces and nephews, Karla (Keith), Sheryl (Billy), Brittany (Kirk), Kirk (Jeannie), Ryan (Erin), James (Nadra) and Zachary (Taylor).
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Royal Canadian Legion Branch 23 or a charity of one's choice.
