She was predeceased by: her husband Herbert Vardy; her parents, Walter Rideout and Alma Rideout; her siblings, Florence Banfield (Eric), Jane Mavin (William) and John Rideout; and her brothers-in-law, Fredrick Lake and Carl Grandy.
She is survived by: her children, Clyde Vardy (Marion) of Creston North, George Vardy (Madeline) of Labrador City and Terry Vardy (Emily) of Labrador City, NL; her grandchildren, Colette Williams, Colin Vardy, Rebecca Payne (Matthew), Samuel Vardy and Brady Vardy; her great grandchildren, Beau, Carter, Jorja, Bentley, Beckley, Henry and Jack; and her sisters, Caroline Lake and Anita Grandy.
In Miriam's memory donations may be made to Harbour Mille Cemetery or flowers gratefully accepted.
