He was predeceased by: his parents, Samuel Costigan and Margaret Costigan; his parents-in-law, James and Rachael Mason; and his siblings-in-law, Mary Costigan, Marg (Ambrose), Agnes (Stephen), Beth, Bernice, Maureen and Joe.
He is survived by: his wife Marian; his son Darrell (Jennifer); his grandchildren, Madison, Malcolm of Strathmore and Alberta; his siblings, Joan (Donnie), Marian (Carter) and Patrick; and his siblings-in-law, Marie (Val), Linda (Vince), Maxine (Billy), Paddy and John. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
