He is survived by: his wife Michelle; his daughter Sarah (Brandon Shute); his siblings, Terry Hearn (Beth), Betty Southwell (Joe) and Helen White; his parents-in-law, Mary and Leo Sullivan; his siblings-in-law, Gloria Butt and Cyril Jordan (Denise) of Riverhead; and his pet Susie.
