She was predeceased by: her husband Philip; her parents, Elsie and George; her parents-in-law, Doug and Ada; and her brother-in-law Leslie To.

She is survived by: her children, Heather (Randy), Connie (Trevor) and Dan (Cecilia); her granddaughters, Sabrina (Noelle), Nicole (Lindon), Felicity and Leah; her siblings, Doug (Angela), Don (Jackie) and Debbie (Joe); her siblings-in-law, Louise, Doug (Marg) and Violet; and her close friends, Bonnie, Shirley (Wes), Maxine and Bev. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, family & friends.

In lieu of flowers, as expressions of sympathy, donations may be made to the Maxine Monahan Memorial Fund.
