It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mary Eliza Hennessey (Harbour Grace, Newfoundland), who passed away on October 17, 2021, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband William Hennessey (Bill); her parents, Joseph McCarthy (JoJo) and Margaret McCarthy; and her siblings, Michael McCarthy (Mike), Thomas McCarthy (Tom) and Elizabeth (Liz).
She is survived by: her granddaughter Denise Stringer; and her children, Elizabeth Verge (Walter), Patricia Fahey (Brian), Marie Stringer, William Hennessey (Donna), Irene Murzhak (Gennadi), Kevin Hennessey (Linda) and Robert Hennessey (Sandra). She is also survived by 18 grand-children and a large circle of great grand-children with other beloved relatives and friends.
