She was predeceased by: her parents, Eugene Kelloway and Muriel Kelloway; her siblings, John, Glen and Darlene; and her parents-in-law, Bernard and Rita Shugarue.
She is survived by: her husband Joseph; her children, Anita Forward (Steven), Brian (Kirstan) and Ken (Mary); her grandchildren, Felicity, Emily, Gregory and Nathan; her siblings, Jerry Kelloway (Salmon Cove) and Beverley Osmond (Gary); her siblings-in-law, Cyril Shugarue (Christine), Phyllis Ryan (Gerald), Riverhead, Barbara Reynolds (late Paul) and Arlene King (Clarence); and her caregivers, Katie Dawson, Rhonda Evans and Jennifer Forward.
