He was predeceased by: his wife Doris; his parents, Hedley and Isabelle; and his siblings, Don, Bill and Patricia Lewis.
He is survived by: his son Michael of Harbour Grace; his grandchildren, Faith and Nathan; his great grandchild Sophia; and his sisters, Margaret Pike (Wallace), Mary Tremblett (Gerald), Lois Martin (Wayne) and Harbour Grace. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers, as an expression of sympathy, donations in his memory may be made to a charity of one's choice.
