He was predeceased by: his daughter Jacqueline; his parents, Michael and Dorothy; his siblings, Ron (Betty), Walter, Mary Cashin (James) and Vivian Sullivan (Joseph); and his brothers-in-law, Leo Wrice and Ray Reynolds.
He is survived by: his son John J. Butt (Angela Lowe); his grandchildren, Sydney and Devin; and his siblings, Edward Butt (Helen), Helen Dionne (Danny), Frances Wrice, Jean Reynolds and Geraldine Hennigar (Jerry).
