He was predeceased by: his parents, Lemuel Joseph and Mary Frances Taylor; his former wife Melba; his sisters, Dorothy Heale (late William), Verna Bursey (late Alec) and Edythe Moffatt; and his nephew Glenn Bursey.
He is survived by: his wife Winifred Elms; his brother Clarence Taylor (late Jean); his niece Elaine Penney (Kevin) of St. John's, NL; his nephew Bill Taylor of St. John's, NL; his brother-in-law Roy Moffatt; his stepchildren, Robert (Ana Elms) of Ontario, William Elms of Ontario, Carolyn (Jon-Paul Winik) of Ontario, Fran (Ken Vella) of Ontario and Dr. Edward Elms of Ontario; and his stepgrandchildren, Natasha Elms (Stephen Klein), Katarina Elms, Benjamin Winik and Sophie Winik. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends.
At the request of the family masks are recommended to be worn during visitation and funeral service.
