Eileen Peddle Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Eileen Peddle of Harbour Grace, Newfoundland, who passed away on February 13, 2022, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Raymond; her grandson Matthew; her parents, James McKellar and Alice McKellar; and her siblings, Marguerite, Grace, Lillian, Katherine, Harold and Robert.
She is survived by: her children, Jean Nelson (John) of Edmonton, AB and Jerry of Cochrane, AB; her grandchildren, Kendrick and Keara; her brother Archie McKellar (Terrise) of Manotick, ON; and her siblings-in-law, John Peddle, Clarence Peddle, Frank Peddle (Terry), Kevin Peddle (Susan), Terry Peddle (Lorraine), Wally Peddle (Ruth), Veronica Lunn (Don), Bettyann Peddle (Tony) and Linda Peddle. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews, as well as other relatives and friends.
Following pandemic guidelines, visitation by invitation only at Noel's Funeral Home, Harvey Street, Harbour Grace on Thursday, February 17 from 2:00 to 5:00 p. m., 7:00 to 9:00 p. m. Funeral mass by invitation only on Friday, February 18 at 10:30 a. m. from St. Joseph's Roman Catholic Church, Riverhead, Harbour Grace.
In lieu of flowers, as an expression of sympathy, donations in her memory may be made to the Royal Canadian Legion Branch 15, PO Box 189, Harbour Grace, NL, A0A 2M0, or e-Transfer to [email protected] of which Eileen was a member.
