Though Charles may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the echoes of his kindness, the warmth of his embrace, and the light of his enduring love.
He was predeceased by: his wife Dorothy; his parents, Valentine Webber and Hazel Webber; and his brother Arthur. He is survived by: his significant other Elsie Reid; his sister Karen Noel (Llew); and his sister-in-law Eleanor Webber.
