She was predeceased by: her parents, James Short and Annie Short; and her siblings, Annie Pierce and Hubert Short. She is survived by: her husband Norman; her children, Hubert (Gustine), Derek, Eileen (Rick) and Viola (Fred); her sister Ethel; and her sister-in-law Gladys. She is also survived by her 11 grandchildren, 26 great grandchildren.
