He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest Taylor and Susanah Taylor; his sister Audrey Strickland; and his siblings-in-law, Reginald Bullen, Marina Snook and Amy Bullen.
He is survived by: his wife Phoebe; his children, Daniel (Jenelle), Melanie (Dave Bungay) and Melissa (Geoffrey Lambert); his grandchildren, Alex, Phillip, Rianna and London; his pets, Reese and Lucie; his sisters, Meta Bullen and Elizabeth Taylor (Roy); and his siblings-in-law, Earl Strickland (Sarah), Clayton Snook, John Bullen, Clarence Bullen (Shirley) and Florence (George Harding). He is also survived by nephews, nieces, other relatives and friends.
COVID-19 regulations were followed.
In lieu of flowers donations in Norman's memory may be made to the local Autism Group.
