He is survived by: his wife Emma Frances; his children, Christina (Earl Simms), Carol (Guy Levesque), Cindy (Murray Kennard) and Herb Matchem, Jr.; his siblings, Jack Matchem, Victor Matchem (Shirley), Ruth Priddle and Shirley (Harvey Rose); and his siblings-in-law, Tom Young and Patti Matchem.
