He was predeceased by: his parents, Norman Day and Rosanna Day; his brother Bert Day; and his nephew Jason. He is survived by: his wife Phyllis; his son Todd (Colleen); his granddaughter Rebecca (Taylor); his siblings, Norman (Lillian), Samuel (Elizabeth) and Laura; and his sisters-in-law, Gussie Kendell and Shirley Pierce (Arthur).
