He was predeceased by: his daughter Melissa Alison Kendell; his parents, Alice Kendell (Garland) and Samuel Kendell; and his brother Everett Kendell. He is survived by: his wife Thelma Kendell (Matchem); and his close friends, Head Bay and Espoir. He is also survived by cousins, nieces, nephews, and friends.
